After I needed a replacement for my sliding door, Markey Windows Doors & More did a great job explaining the details and process before installing. For the installation, they were very organized and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I highly recommend them!

In the Spring of 1995, Markey installed vinyl siding and matching aluminum casing to all exposed wood, like window frames etc. They also installed new gutters. At the time, on a paper quote/bill they said LIFETIME warranty. Well, fast forward 28 years! A wind storm; couple of weeks ago, peeled off the aluminum casing. I called/emailed Jim and Rob (manager) with the photo of the damaged area. And within a few days, a very professional crew came with the matching aluminiul sheet and repaired the damaged part. No question. No haggling. Just true to the letter of Markey’s ‘Lifetime’ warranty - 28 years later! Thank you Markey. Immensely.

When looking to replace the 17 windows in our house, we got an estimate from a nationwide competitor (who took 2.5 hours of our time for an estimate/demo) and Markey (who only took about 20 minutes). The competitor was more than double the price of Markey and used scare tactics to try to get us to buy quickly within 3 days. It left a sour taste in our mouths so when the time came that we were ready to move forward, we went with Markey. The sales rep from Markey (Ryan) wasn't pushy at all, gave us a clear understanding of what work had to be done, the steps we needed to take before installation, and what to expect. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgable about the products and what the company would do. The Okna 500 windows we received to replace our existing replacement windows have been (seriously) a night and day difference. We were told (and shown) by the 3 installers that there were no screws holding our existing windows in place and whoever put them in used interior caulk on the outside which caused the seal to not work well. There was also a lack of insulation under the windows on the exterior, causing air to leak in under the frame. Our lower level used to be a 6º (or more) difference in temperature than our upper level. By only upgrading our windows by Markey's amazing team of installers, that difference is now only 1º. The amount of comfort not feeling a draft, being able to keep our window blinds open and not having blankets up against the drafty windows has been a massive weight lifted off of our shoulders and well worth the investment into our house. The installers were kind, courteous to our property and belongings, helpful with answering any questions, knowledgable about what they needed to do, and extremely efficient with how they all worked together. They put tarps down to minimize the mess inside the house and vacuumed everything up afterwards leaving behind nothing, but windows that should last us decades. They asked if we had any questions and if we had a chance to take a look at everything, making sure we were completely satisfied with the job. Their commitment to their craft has left me feeling extremely happy with the job that they did and we will continue to recommend Markey to anyone who's looking to replace their windows. When the time comes to replace our vinyl siding, I know we'll be giving Markey a call to have them do it for us. Being a fellow small business owner in Bridgewater, I know how important it is to support small businesses. I will continue to support them because they've earned our trust that they're the absolute best in every aspect and truly care about their customers and the quality work that they do. Replacement of custom sized patio door from house into screened-in porch. Start to finish, 5 star A-1 project. Excellent presentation covered all questions. Most competitive price. When measured out, custom size recommended for best fit and installation. (Minor price adjustment.) Door available for installation weeks ahead of original schedule. Multiple up dates provided. Three-man crew arrived promptly as scheduled and completed in three hours in spite of significant access challenges on account of door size and location. I had had significant concerns that the work would require follow-up plaster and paint by myself so I looked over their shoulders the entire time. No problems there. They worked cohesively and seemed very accepting of my comments, concerns and questions. Even replaced curtain rod brackets! And no paint or plaster repairs required! They were an effective efficient "well oiled team" The professionalism displayed by all people I had contact with during the project is commendable and should be recognized as text book "superior customer service"
